Electronic City is where a great deal of Bengaluru goes to work, and for years it has been easier to find a job there than a home worth the commute. What drew us was the delivery record rather than the drawings. This is the third phase of a development whose first two, launched under the codename Dil Chahta Hai, have already received their occupancy certificates.
